Ok, next chapter. This was fun....

Remember those exhaust vents or whatever they were on the cockpit section? Well, turns out there's a few more. And, since there's more PE to go, I also have to fill all those rescribed panels out there....





After a lot of sanding



Well, the PE isn't completely perfect, but after a coat of paint I hope you won't notice it too much



And then was the time to handle the intakes.

After gluing them in it looks like this





To be honest - I've seen better fits in a few kits I did in the past.

So, lots of styrene filler and some styrene strip later



Add a copious amount of sanding



Should be acceptable after paint. I hope.

And then the first big. The wings. After gluing the bottom and top halves together, it looks... well... not good:





And I do think I goofed up. This will take some fixing.  this is one side:



And this is the other



Almost tempted to cut em all off and replace em with homemade. that would deal with the not so nice edges as well.

And more styrene strip/rod and styrene filler applied...





Time to get ready for another major sanding session....
