Well, I've not given up on this one yet, despite running into one snag after another....
I've continued adding decals to the left and right side. In the mean time, I've also masked off the vertical stabilisers since they need some light aluminum and grey before I add decals there, and I've sprayed the bit of window I'd masked off but which wasn't a window, so I can add the decals on there as well tomorrow....
